Softwair combines customer and appointment management, employee workflows, inventory, finance, communication and a public booking website. The design priority is an approachable interface for staff who should not need to think like software operators.
The project is a useful exercise in turning a broad business domain into understandable modules and workflows that work across desktops, tablets and phones.
