Contact, interview and demo data
Contact forms are sent only as email and are not stored in the website database. For interview and demo requests we process name, email, company, website and voluntarily submitted content to perform the request. Interview links expire. Conversations are stored and evaluated with OpenAI Codex on a controlled worker without network access. Test conversations are marked separately and do not improve real interviews. Speech input and output is enabled only for eligible sessions through browser capabilities.
Recipients and deletion
Email is sent through the configured SMTP provider. Demo requests are transferred to the project-owned TYPO3 Demo Builder only after the email address is confirmed. Data is deleted when its purpose ends unless legal obligations require retention. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and object to processing.
